The morning of Day 3 of 3 ... killer!
Made it through Tae Bo Certification w/ only a few blisters, an aching body, & bloody busted eye vessels (don’t ask). I’d call that a success! Seriously, I’ve never in all my years of athletic training been pushed like I was these last 3 days. Shellie Blanks Cimarosti & the Tae Bo family, you truly emptied me out physically & mentally, but you filled my heart to overflowing w/ your love & encouragement!!!
